PARTY SALAD BOWLS 

Our salads are layered with a varied mix of beneficial Power Greens (kale, spinach, arugula, broccoli, romaine, red cabbage, parsley, cilantro) & Super Veggies (tomato, red onion, cucumber, celery, bell pepper)raw & living food that puts the Energizing, the Nourishing & the Healing back into your meals.

Extras:  Utensils which include the following as needed:  Napkins, Forks, Spoons, Bowls & Plates:  50 cents per person

SUMMER AVOCADO GREEN GARDEN SALAD

with Spinach, Crispy Romaine & Iceberg lettuce mounted with a mix of chopped Tomato, Bell Pepper, Cucumber and cubed Avocado.  Topped w/Red Onion slices, Sundried Tomato toasted Pumpkin Seeds & fresh Fruits.   Sprinkled with fresh-cracked Black Pepper & Himalayan Salt.  Served with Red Wine Vinaigrette.

SAVE THE AMAZON  (Feta Caesar Salad)   

BASE: crispy Romaine, Iceberg Lettuce & Purple Cabbage mounted w/Cucumber, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Red Onions.

TOPPINGS: Boiled Egg, Cheese Garlic Croutons, Feta Cheese, Sea Salt, Fresh-cracked Pepper

DRESSING: Caesar Dressing

WOMEN’S DAY  (Chopped Mediterranean Greek Salad)

BASE: crisp Romaine & Iceberg Lettuce, Arugula, Kale & Red Cabbage.

TOPPINGS: mix of chopped Red Onions, Tomato, Cucumber & fresh Bell Pepper

+ Olives, Garbanzo, thin Peperoncini slices, roasted Red Pepper, Feta Cheese & chopped Dill or Mint.

ANCIENT RAINFOREST   (Southwest Leafy Greens Salad with Black Beans, Quinoa & Brown Rice Pilaf)

BASE: Bed of chopped Kale, Spinach and Red Cabbage mounted with Black Beans, Quinoa & Brown Rice Pilaf (w/corn, chopped bell pepper, celery, tomato & cucumber + lemon juice & Mexican spice mix).

TOPPINGS: Fresh Fruits, Pumpkin Seeds, Cilantro, Green Onions.

DRESSING: Lime-Cilantro Sauce

SLICED TROPICAL FRUIT TRAY

Our chef will arrange your tray with an assortment of sliced seasonal fruits like Hawaiian Gold Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Grapes. Strawberries, Blueberries, Granny Smith Apples, Jicama, Kiwi & more

SMALL FRUIT BOWL:  serves 8 to 10 – $65

MEDIUM FRUIT BOWL: serves to 15 to 18 – $95

LARGE PARTY BOWL:  serves 20 to 35 – $150

 

GRATUITY FEE:  There is a  Minimum of 18% Gratuity Fee for catering orders.

EXTRAS:  A  75c per person charge applies for added napkins, plates & utensils.  Utensils include the following as needed:  Napkins, Forks, Spoons, Bowls & Plates

DELIVERY FEE:  There is a delivery charge of $30.o0 for orders within 4 miles radius.  $3 per mile extra is charged after 4 miles.
